RĪSHÉ is a complete botanical scalp ritual in one bottle: more than 45 plant oils, extracts and essential oils, many of them extracted in-house from the Persian pantry and garden — from onion, garlic and fenugreek to saffron, pomegranate and Persian borage. Each one is chosen to nourish the scalp, condition the strand and support the look of fuller, stronger, glossier hair. Here is what every botanical brings to the ritual.
The base oils — light, nourishing, fast-absorbing
Scalp botanicals — the Persian herb garden
Aromatic oils and resins — the scalp-awakening blend
RĪSHÉ is a cosmetic scalp-care product. Descriptions reflect traditional use and the way each botanical conditions the scalp and hair; it is not intended to treat any condition. Patch test before first use.

ZAA'N formulas are a cocktail of peptides and true Persian botanicals — saffron, galbanum, yarrow, rose. Real plants mean real plants: a few people are sensitive to one of them, the way some people can't eat strawberries, sneeze at a friend's perfectly lovely cat, or itch in a wool sweater everyone else finds soft. The plant isn't the problem; the match is. That's what patch testing is for: dab a little on the inner forearm, wait 24 hours, then begin.
Patch test behind the ear, wait 24 hours. Keep hair oils off the face and out of the eyes.
If you color or chemically treat your hair, wait a few days after the salon before the first application.
A moment of warmth as it absorbs is normal. Stinging that stays is not — rinse and stop. Sensitivity is individual, and skin reactions aren't eligible for refund, so please patch test. Shipping & Returns

Who it's for
RĪSHÉ may belong in your ritual if:
What it does
A concentrated blend of botanical oils helps condition the scalp and create a more comfortable foundation for the hair.
Regular scalp massage and botanical nourishment support hair that appears stronger, more vibrant, and beautifully cared for.
Lightweight plant oils help condition the strands and improve the appearance of dryness and dullness.
Each application takes two to three minutes to apply, then you simply let it work.
Why it works
RĪSHÉ combines more than 45 plant oils, extracts and essential oils — many extracted in-house — selected to nourish the scalp and improve the look and feel of the hair. A few of the stars below; every botanical is described under “Inside the 45+ botanicals” beneath the add-to-cart button.

The most-loved scalp botanical: refreshing and invigorating, it helps the scalp feel awakened and cared for.

The 'seed of blessing' of Persian and Middle Eastern beauty traditions, prized for scalp nourishment in hair rituals.

Jojoba mirrors the scalp's own oils; green coffee refreshes; castor — the classic Persian hair oil — adds gloss and a thicker-looking strand.

With wheat sprout (germ) oil and lentil: soothing, mineral-rich herbs traditionally used for a comfortable scalp and fuller-looking hair.

The folk secret of Persian grandmothers' hair oils — sulfur-rich botanicals traditionally used for fuller-looking, vibrant hair, softened by our florals so there is no kitchen scent.
Also inside: castor, safflower, wheat sprout (germ), broccoli, pumpkin, pomegranate and quince seed oils · nettle, honeysuckle, calendula, fig leaf, saffron, barberry and Persian borage extracts · geranium, myrrh, frankincense, cedarwood, rose and jasmine oils.
How to use
Your routine: Month 1: at least every other day, about 5 days a week. Months 2–3: 2–3 times a week. After that, a little here and there. Most people need 2–3 bottles to complete the ritual.
For all hair types: Use a little less on fine hair. Patch test before first use and stop if irritation occurs.

Questions
No, because it goes on the scalp and roots rather than the lengths, and it is washed out rather than left in. That makes it workable for fine hair that finds castor oil and butter-based masks too heavy to rinse. Use a little less if your hair is very fine.
Rosemary is one of more than 45 botanicals in RISHE, alongside saffron, black seed, fenugreek, galbanum, onion and garlic extracts, wheat sprout and quince. A rosemary oil gives you one active in a carrier base. This is built for people who used a rosemary oil, did not see what they hoped for, and want a denser formula with a defined 2 to 3 month protocol rather than another daily oil.
A drugstore oil is mostly carrier base with one or two actives stirred in, so it can be large and cheap. RISHE is the opposite: more than 45 botanicals, each infused in its own carrier oil before blending, in small batches, hand-filled in the USA. You are paying for the number of infusions and the slow process behind them, not for volume. Plan on 2 to 3 bottles across the full ritual.
Enough to saturate the scalp and roots — this is a treatment, not a styling oil, so a few drops will not do the job. Work it in section by section. Use a little less on very fine hair.
Month 1: at least every other day, about 5 days a week if your scalp is comfortable — this is the most important month. Months 2–3: 2–3 times a week. After that, a little here and there to maintain. Shampoo and rinse after every use.
Yes. This is a pre-shampoo treatment. Leave on for 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours maximum, then shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Never leave it on overnight.
Plan on the full 2–3 month ritual, which usually means 2–3 bottles. Roots and scalp need time to be fed. One bottle is a start, not a result.
Yes. It goes on the scalp and roots and is shampooed out, so it does not sit on color-treated lengths. Patch test before first use if your scalp is sensitive.
Light base oils such as jojoba, safflower, castor and wheat sprout (germ) oil nourish and add shine; Persian scalp botanicals including nettle, yarrow, honeysuckle, calendula, fig leaf, saffron, pomegranate, onion and garlic condition the scalp; and an aromatic blend of rosemary, galbanum, geranium, myrrh and cedarwood refreshes it. Every ingredient is described in “Inside the 45+ botanicals”, just beneath the add-to-cart button.
ZAA'N formulas are a high-end cocktail of peptides and true Persian botanicals — saffron, galbanum, yarrow, rose — steeped by us, not bought as a diluted "extract." Real plants mean real plants, and a few people are sensitive to one of them:
The plant isn't the problem; the match is. So: dab a little on the inner forearm, wait 24 hours, then begin. And please — no harsh soap right before, and SHIVA and NĀR in the evening or under sunscreen.
Sensitivity is individual and skin reactions aren't eligible for refund. Shipping & Returns
