2, Product use and information
Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. Results vary by individual. Product information is provided for general purposes and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before use.
3, Allergy and patch testing
Review ingredient lists before purchase. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
4, Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
5, Pricing and errors
Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a mistake, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
6, Shipping
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7, Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment requires payment of additional shipping fees.
8, Returns and exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including opened, used, or tested items.
9, Wrong item, missing item, or shipping damage
If your order arrives incorrect, missing, or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide the order number and clear photos of the shipping box with label and the item(s) received. If verified, we will replace or reship the affected item. Refunds are not provided in these cases.
10, Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe the package was stolen or misdelivered, contact the carrier to open a case, then contact us within 7 days so we can assist with documentation.
11, Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, branding, logos, and product names, is owned by ZAAN Skincare and may not be used without written permission.
12, Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZAAN Skincare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
13, Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
