Processing & Fulfillment
Every ZAA'N Beauty order is carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping — United States
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
•Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
•Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
•Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all orders over $130.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. ZAA'N Beauty is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at wecare@zaanskincare.com with your name and order number.
