Shipping and Returns Policy
All sales are final
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products. This includes opened, used, tested, or unsealed items.
Wrong item, damaged, or missing items
If your order arrives with the wrong item, missing items, or damage from shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct it.
To be eligible for a replacement or reshipment, you must provide
Order number
A clear photo of the shipping box, including the shipping label
A clear photo of the product(s) received
If damaged, photos of the damage and the packing materials
What we will do
If we confirm an error or shipping damage, we will replace the item or reship the missing item at no cost. Refunds are not issued for these cases.
Shipping timeline
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and may vary.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after the customer covers the new shipping cost.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was stolen, contact the carrier and file a claim, and contact us within 7 days so we can assist with documentation. We do not replace orders marked delivered.
Order changes and cancellations
We begin processing quickly. Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Allergy and ingredient notice
Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page. Please review ingredients before purchasing. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing before full use. Reactions and sensitivity are individual and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
